Vintage and retro fair comes to Malvern
All the glamour and style of yesteryear will be on display in Malvern this Saturday (11 October) at the town's vintage and retro fair.
Taking place along Abbey Road between 10am and 4pm, the fair will have antique and vintage items including clothes, books, jewellery, furniture, craft items and object d'art.
Malcolm Salisbury, Economic Development Officer at Malvern Hills, said: "This is the first of three vintage and retro fairs we'll be supporting over the coming months. There will be a wide range of choice for all tastes so we hope for good weather and a great turnout from the public."
The Malvern vintage and retro fair is being run by Pam Difford and her business partner Peter Krawczyk.
After many years of dealing in antiques and collectables from Portobello Road and Alexander Palace in London and having an antique shop in Worcester for nearly 10 years, they bring a wealth of experience and style that will help to ensure the fair has a bright future.
Amongst the stalls at the market there will be Sam's Homemade Heaven from Droitwich with hand-sewn items in vintage styles and shabby chic, artisan handcrafted jewellery by Forking Marvellous, and Respoke Designs will have their unique handcrafted jewellery and accessories made from recycled bicycle spokes, marbles and beads.
There will also be vintage clothes and furniture from the Victorian era right through to the 1960s, as well as antique and modern gold and silver items, militaria from Grenadier of Worcester, and collectables from most vintage and modern genres including porcelain and art.For more information contact 07535 246326 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
