Licensing

Worcestershire Regulatory Services undertakes the Licensing function on behalf of Malvern Hills District Council and is responsible for the administration, regulation and enforcement of the majority of licences that for which Malvern Hills District Council are responsible.

We work closely with the local Police, the Fire Service and all other Council departments and through partnership working think about more general matters like crime and disorder.

To see a Licensing Officer an appointment can be made by calling 01684 862151.  This is at the Customer Contact Centre in a private room on Tuesday afternoons 1.30pm till 4.00pm or Friday 9.30am till 11.30am.

Guidelines Relating to the Relevance of Convictions Consultation

The Executive Committee has given approval for the Guidelines Relating to the Relevance of Convictions to go to consultation. 

The purpose of adopting this new policy is to enable applicants to have a greater understanding of the considerations which will be taken into account in relation to their application, and to ensure that there is a consistency in decision making.

The end of consultation is 18 April 2012 and all comments will be put before the Committee for consideration please click the link below to see the full policy.
