responsible authorities and the general public;

If a member of the public wishes to make a representation to an
application it must be by reason of one of the four licensable
objectives which are;

- Public Nuisance

1. Callow End Playing Fields, Lower Ferry Lane,

licence has been received by Callow End Playing Fields Association

follows:
"The playing fields comprise a football pitch, basket ball
pitch, open grassed area, a mountain bike track, and a children's
play area. It has a brick pavillion with WCs, showers,
kitchen etc. there is a 40" steel security container for
equipment. The bar will be in a marquee, located in front of
the pavillion and slightly to the East."

The applicant has described the premises as:
"A small village hall of wooden construction, built in the late
1930's and situated in the centre of Earls Croome. It is used by
the local community for Parish Council meetings, WI meetings,
church meetings, dance and music groups, childrens parties, village
parties and all other community social events. The building
consists of one large room 6mx12m with a small recess containing
disabled toilet and small storage room. There are ladies and
gents toilets and a small modern kitchen There are small
grassed areas to the front, side and rear of the property which are
used by hirers if appropriate."
