Licence summary

To be a scrap metal dealer, you need to register with your local authority.

  • they don't have a scrap metal store or live in the area, but they have an office in Malvern Hills district, where a scrap metal business is operated from.

Dealers have to keep records of what they buy and who they buy it from, and what they sell and who to.
