Views sought on Tenancy Strategy

Malvern Hills District Council (MHDC) is asking for comments on a new strategy that sets out our position on housing tenancies. All local authorities have to publish a tenancy strategy by January 2013. The strategy sets out guidance that Registered Providers (organisations such as housing associations) must take account of when formulating their own policies about the tenancies they offer. MHDC is keen to get comments from housing associations and voluntary organisations, as well as members of the public who have an interest in tenancy issues.
