Don’t lose your right to vote
Residents in the Malvern Hills district are
being urged to fill out and return their annual voter registration
form. Completing and returning the form on time makes sure voters
details are up to date on the electoral register, enabling them to
vote at future elections without a hitch.
Annual voter registration forms will soon be
dropping through letterboxes across the Malvern Hills district and
residents are being reminded by Malvern Hills District Council to
complete and return the form as soon as possible.
Electoral Registration Officer, Chris Bocock
said: “Responding is very simple. If your details haven’t changed
you can confirm the information online or by phone. Alternatively
you can make changes to the information on the form, sign it, and
return it in the pre-paid envelope. It is important that you
respond by 4th November to save your council money in
having to issue reminders. Please remember that you can opt to
exclude your details from the edited register that has to be made
available for general sale. Both the online and phone confirmation
systems include this option”.

property in the Malvern Hills District Council area from 1 October
2013 and a revised electoral register will be published by 17
- Reminders will be sent to all households who
have not responded by 4th November 2013.

20th December 2013 will have to be visited by

certain people and organisations can have copies of the full
