Open Data and Freedom of Information - Clear and open governmenttransparency

Here at Malvern Hills District Council we understand that greater transparency of public bodies is at the heart of enabling you, the public, to hold politicians and public bodies to account. Where public money is involved you need to see how it is being spent, to demonstrate how value for money has been achieved or to highlight inefficiency. We hope that the Publication of data will also be used to open new markets for local business, the voluntary and community sectors and social enterprises to run services or manage public assets.

In addition to the publication of datasets, you will find that there is a great deal of information also readily available on our website.

If you can’t find the information you are looking for, email us at giving details of the information you would like. To help us, please mark your request "Freedom of Information".  Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, we must respond to you within 20 working days.
