Communications
How we communicate with residents is important to us and we use
a variety of ways to engage with our customers. This might be
through writing press releases, that we send to the local media, or
through publications that we design and print in-house.Click on the

Our Communications Team also liaises with the media. Local
newspapers are one of the top ways that our residents get
information about how their council works for them so we send out a
number of press releases each month which get picked up and covered
by newspapers, radio and TV. The Communications Team also acts
as the first point of call for journalists and will deal with media
enquiries on a day to day basis.
