At Malvern Hills District Council we are always seeking
feedback from our customers so that we can ensure you receive the
best possible service from us.
You can talk informally to one of our Customer Service Advisors
who are more than happy to discuss any aspect of our services with
you.

compliments or complaint:

If you feel that a Town/Parish or District Councillor has

Have we got it right?
If we have, we would love to hear from you with your compliment
on any of our services.
If you would like to make a suggestion or comment that
might help us review a service.....
We welcome your suggestions or comments about any of our
services.
If you feel we have got it wrong.....
If you are unhappy about a service or the way in which it has
been delivered, you may wish to submit a complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint, we will require the following
information:
- Your name
- Where and how we can contact you
- The details of your complaint and how the problem came
about
- What you would like us to do to make things right
What you can expect from us:
| Stage 1 |
Contact Customer Services and one of our advisors will try to
resolve your complaint. If this is not possible, we shall
acknowledge you within 2 working days, and we aim to respond to you
fully within 12 working days. |
| Stage 2 |
If you are still unhappy, contact Customer Services and ask for
the complaint to be escalated to Stage 2. This will then be
forwarded to the relevant Head of Service depending on the service
area your complaint relates to. |
| Stage 3 |
If you are still unhappy, then we can escalate your complaint
to the Standards Committee who will independently review your
complaint |
| Stage 4 |
If you are still unsatisfied with the councils response, you
may wish to contact the Local Government
Ombudsman |

Please be aware that the Local Government Ombudsman
are unlikely to consider your complaint unless it has been
investigated by the council first, so please give us the
opportunity to respond to you first.
