Meeting Room for Hire
Priory Lodge Hall, Avenue Road, Malvern
Temporary Closure for Refurbishment.
The Hall will be closed for refurbishment from MONDAY 12th
DECEMBER 2011 TO MONDAY 5th MARCH 2012.
The Hall will reopen on Tuesday 6th March 2012 after which it
will be available to hire for meetings, training and conferences;
we can also accommodate dance groups, band practice evenings,
social meeting groups and local residents groups.

Elgar Room, The Council House, Avenue Road Malvern 
Located within the Council House this is an excellent venue for
meetings. The room can be setup in four different styles
- Cafe 3 seating for 14
- Cafe 4 seating for 16
- Open Square seating for 20
- Theatre seating for 30
In addition we are able to supply multimedia projector, screen,
wipeboard and or flipcharts. Coffee and tea can be provided at a
nominal charge of £1.00 per head. The room hire rate is £35 per
hour but there are discounts available to "not for profit",

Morgan Room, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern

Located within the Council House this is an excellent venue for
smaller meetings. The room can be setup into two different
styles
- Boardroom seating 12
- Theatre seating 16
In addition we are able to supply smart board, wipeboard
and or flipcharts. Coffee and tea can be provided at a nominal
charge of £1.00 per head. The room hire rate is £35 per
hour but there are discounts available to "not for profit",
