Current Performance
We monitor our performance on a regular basis, using the results
to focus on areas for improvement.
We use a large number of performance indicators which are
monitored either monthly, quarterly or annually. Most of these have
been agreed locally because they help us to provide better
services. Our most recent performance information is provided
