Street Cleaning

Malvern Hills District Council aim to sweep the roads within the district to the following frequency:

  • Town centres: At least once daily;
  • Main roads: Swept weekly;
  • Suburban roads: Swept monthly;
  • Rural roads: Swept 6 monthly.

Even with regular inspections, with such a high number of miles within the area, it is not always possible to quickly identify where problems occur. We value the help of the general public in reporting to us any public area that has become littered.

To report an area in urgent need of a road sweep please contact the Worcestershire Hub:

Email: worcestershirehub@malvernhills.gov.uk

By phone: 01684 862151 (Mon – Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 5pm)

In person: Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm (Closed bank holidays)- Malvern Hills Customer Service Centre, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU
