Home Choice Plus

Home Choice Plus is the allocation and letting service for social housing developed by Malvern Hills District Council in partnership with a number of other Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords.

It is the new way of allocating Social Housing across the participating Local Authority areas of Malvern Hills District Council, Bromsgrove District Council, Wychavon District Council,Wyre Forest District Council, Worcester City Council and Stratford on Avon District Council.

If you are registered with Home Choice Plus, you can bid for properties in all these areas

Properties are advertised and you can decide which accommodation you wish to be considered for. Choice Based Lettings has been designed to improve access to social housing by allowing you to view available homes and to place bids against properties you are eligible for.

If you are already on the Housing Register, you will not need to re-apply as you should have received a letter that explains the changes in more detail.
