Malvern and Upton Tourist Information Centres, managed by
Malvern Hills District Council, are year round networked TICs,
linked to 560 other TICs around the UK, and are all here to help
you make the most of your visit. The centre in Tenbury Wells
operates on a seasonal basis.

Helping Those with Special Needs
Upton and
Malvern TICs have specially adapted access for the disabled and
staff are always on hand to assist. Information on access to the
attractions events and activities is available. RADAR keys for the
public toilets are available to purchase or on loan. Upton TIC has
a wheelchair for use around the town and all TICs can assist you to
loan a wheel chair in other areas.
Community
Information
Each TIC has detailed information on the many clubs and societies
in the district along with details of other community services such
as Doctors, Dentists, schools and how to contact your local
councillors. We also sell permits to use the town car parks
provided by Malvern Hills District Council and the car parks on the
Malvern Hills provided by the Malvern Hills Conservators (both
subject to different residency requirements - proof of residence
should be provided).
