Rurality
Partnership work in this area will lead to improved satisfaction
and importantly, will reduce the deprivation rating for our rural
residents.
We will do this by:
- Understanding the issues facing those living in rural areas;
particularly with regards to transport and access to health
services
- meeting the specific needs of older residents and helping them
to engage with public services so that they receive the support
they need
- working with people throughout their lives to maximise the
length of disability free life.
