Draft Local List Supplementary Planning Document
(SPD)
This document sets out the consultation and public participation
processes associated with the Draft Local List SPD - Criteria and
Methodology for identifying buildings of local interest) -
undertaken by the district council in accordance with regulation 17
of the above regulations.
A report introducing setting out the Criteria
and Methodology for the Draft Local List SPD was considered by the
Planning Committee at their meeting on 10 October 2011. The
Committee resolved to approve the Draft SPD for public
consultation.
Public Consultation and Participation
The district council is undertaking public
consultation on the Draft Local List Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD) for a period of six weeks from Friday 6 January 2012
and 12.00 noon Monday 20 February 2012.

Copies of the Draft methodology and procedures
for selecting building and structures and criteria for judging are
available for inspection free of charge at:
- Malvern Customer Service Centre, The Library, Graham
Road, Great Malvern, Monday – Friday, 9.00am –
5.30pm;
- Tenbury Wells Customer Service Centre, The Library, 24
Teme Street, Tenbury Wells. Monday – Friday 9.30 am – 5.30
pm. Closed on Wednesdays.
- Upton-Upon-Severn Customer Service Centre, Upton
Library, School Lane, Upton. Monday, Wednesday &
Friday 9:30 am – 5.30 pm. The library is closed on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.
