Local Plan Inspector's Report

John MacBryde FRSA ARIBA MRTPI was appointed by the First Secretary of State to hold a Public Local Inquiry into objections to the Second Deposit Malvern Hills District Local Plan 1996-2011.  

The Local Plan Inspector’s Binding Report on the Malvern Hills District Local Plan was received in May 2006.  The Report sets out responses to all unresolved duly made objections into the Local Plan of the Public Local Inquiry and through written representations held from 24th May - 6th September 2005.

The Inspector’s Report was considered at a Full Council meeting of Malvern Hills District Council on 6th June 2006 at Priory Lodge Hall, Malvern.  

Viewing the Document
Copies of the Inspector’s Binding Report are available for the Public to view at the following locations from 31st May 2006:

  • Malvern Hills Customer Service Centre, Malvern Library; Malvern;
  • Tenbury Area Office, Pump Rooms, Teme Street, Tenbury
  • Upton Library, School Lane, Upton

You can view the report online by using the Inspector's Binding Report Index (where the document is broken down into smaller sizes).

Alternatively, a paper copy can be purchased at a cost of £50.00 plus £6.00 postage and packing or a CD copy for £5.00 plus £1.00 postage and packing from: Malvern Customer Service Centre, The Library, Graham Road, Malvern Worcs WR14 2HU, who will also be happy to help with any enquiries.
