Parking Fines and Appeals

Parking fines will be issued for the following offences:

  • (A) The vehicle is parked in an area outside that set aside for vehicles
  • (B) The vehicle is of a class (ie: HGV) not permitted to use this parking space
  • (C) The vehicle has been parked for a period exceeding the maximum permitted period
  • (D) A valid ticket or permit has not been displayed
  • (E) The vehicle has overstayed the period for which the charge has been paid
  • (F) The vehicle is not licenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 1 of the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971

You will be fined £30.00 payable within 7 days from the date of issue after which it will increase to £60 if not paid.

Pay online by Credit or Debit card, quoting the Excess Charge Notice or Fixed Penalty Notice number.

In Person:

Payment by Cash, Credit or Debit card may be made in person at the following offices:
