<description>When it comes to recycling, Malvern Hills District Council is reaching new heights! In the first quarter of 2008/09 the average recycling rate for April, May and June was 26.7%, with June being a particularly good month at 27.83%. Also since March this year the amount of residual (black bag) waste collected by the Council has dropped by an incredible 25%.</description>
