The Worcestershire Hub provides you with access to services delivered by the following partner organisations: -

Through the Worcestershire Hub we want to provide you with more choice about how and when you access our services.

As well as accessing services in person through your local customer centre or over the phone, services can also be accessed online.

Many of us already use the internet for booking holidays, banking, finding information, journey planning, job hunting ……., so ……. Why not use it for council services such as …….

• Reporting an abandoned vehicle in your area
• Reporting a street light problem
• Viewing bus timetables
• Renewing library books
• Providing feedback
• Information about recycling and refuse collection

This website…..

• Will act as a gateway to our services
• Will enable you, as customers to use a “self service” option
• Will enable you, as customers to access the County Council and District Councils
• Will provide links to other Partners, as appropriate
• Will develop to support your needs
• Will produce information in a style to best suit you, our customers

Finding Information or Services

The Worcestershire Hub Online allows you to search for information or services offered by any one of our partners in one of three ways:

• An A-Z list of services offered by all partners (for Local Services, please remember to pick your nearest town).
• Services offered by all partners under the navigation structure of this web site (pick your nearest town using the "My Services" link)
• A free text search powered by Google where you can type in keywords and the search engine will list relevant results with the closest match first.

TIP: To narrow the number of search results tell us which area your enquiry relates to by selecting the nearest town or city from the drop down list or by entering your postcode under the "My Services" link. For a wider search, use County Wide from the search menu.

It is up to you which of the three routes you decide to take, we recommend you try all three and see what works best for you.

Online Services

Within each of the Partner Websites are online services that enable you to either request a service or report something online.

Many of these services can be tracked by you when you next visit Worcestershire Hub Online. Select the My Service History Link from any partner home page, register your details and look for the services that carry the Worcestershire Hub Online logo.

Once registered you will be able to both complete the online form and track the progress of your enquiry as well as add additional comments, as appropriate.

For the future

• The Worcestershire Hub Partnership won’t be standing still! This website is only the beginning….
• Further development of the Online Service is ongoing and we will outline future plans for the Worcestershire Hub and more specifically Worcestershire Hub Online on this page
