Malvern Customer Service Centre
"people like us serving people like you" in Malvern and the surrounding rural areas.
Based in the centre of Great Malvern, Malvern Hills District Council and Worcestershire County Council formed a partnership to provide a one-stop shop for residents of Malvern Hills within Malvern Library.
This Partnership is known as the Worcestershire Hub.
Our priority is to provide a single point of contact where any Council related enquiry can be dealt with, whether it is related to the County or District Council.
Our team are commited to providing the very best customer service possible to our customers.
