Local Plan Inspector's Report

John MacBryde FRSA ARIBA MRTPI was appointed by the First Secretary of State to hold a Public Local Inquiry into objections to the Second Deposit Malvern Hills District Local Plan 1996-2011.  

The Local Plan Inspector’s Binding Report on the Malvern Hills District Local Plan was received in May 2006.  The Report sets out responses to all unresolved duly made objections into the Local Plan of the Public Local Inquiry and through written representations held from 24th May - 6th September 2005.

The Inspector’s Report was considered at a Full Council meeting of Malvern Hills District Council on 6^th June 2006 at Priory Lodge Hall, Malvern.

Copies of the Inspector’s Binding Report are available for the Public to view at the following locations from 31^st May 2006:

• Malvern Hills Customer Service Centre, Malvern Library; Malvern;
• Tenbury Area Office, Pump Rooms, Teme Street, Tenbury
• Upton Library, School Lane, Upton
