Collection of Bulky Waste

We collect up to 3 items from you at a charge of £15. All additional items will be charged at the same rate. Payment must be made before items are collected.

Please make requests to Customer Services, where a customer service advisor will be happy to take your payment and book the collection for you. Collection details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Please note that only the items you state will be collected. Please place the items at the front of your property on the day of collection confirmed to you by 8am.(collection operatives will not come into your property or garage to collect).

We only collect items one week in every four, contact Customer Services to confirm the next available dates.

Bulky items accepted and counted as one item:

Bulky items NOT allowed.

• Doors
• Building waste
• Glass
• Windows
• Bulky garden waste
• Fitted kitchen or bedroom units

No liquid, hazardous or difficult waste such as:

• Paint
• Car parts & tyres
• Chemicals
• Engine Oil
• Asbestos
• Clinical waste
• Dead Pets

No house clearances or building rubble will be collected.
