Circumstances	Deceased suffered from coeliac disease and had been in custody at HMP Hewell since 11 April 2008. He was admitted to Heartlands hospital on 2.10.08 for a biopsy to confirm a previous diagnosis of T-cell lymphoma. Subsequently he developed a chest infection and his health continued to deteriorate and he died.
