Join the Library

Online joining is currently only available for over 16's due to the need for a parental guarantor for under 16's.

You are now able to join the library by completing the form below which will be sent to the library you select as your home branch. Once we have registered you as a member your library card will be posted to you and you will be able to use all of our services straight away. Services available from home are listed on our 24 hour library section of the website, from where you can check the library catalogue, reserve items for collection and use a wide range of electronic resources such as the Encyclopaedia Britannica.

You are responsible for all items borrowed on your library card number and for access to the internet made via your card. Your internet access is not transferable to any other person.

The information you supply will be held within Worcestershire County Council Library and Information Service's membership database. Your information will only be used for Library Service’s purposes. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 your details will not be used for any other purposes and WCC will contact you directly should this information be required for any other purpose. The information you supply will be kept no longer than is necessary, in line with WCC's retention policies.
