The information provided to us will be held by Worcestershire County Council. It will only be used for the purposes of consultation and research, in order to improve our services. We may send panel members a written reminder(s) or contact panel members in order to award any associated prizes, we will also send feedback of the results. We will share consultation results with our partners, however the survey results will be statistical and will never contain panel members names or anything that could identify them. Personal details will not be linked to opinions in any way. Panel ID numbers are used to send reminders and select a prize winner.

Headline results and an analysis of results will be posted on our Website. Individuals and their opinions will not be identified in any way.
