The 13th Citizens' Panel survey mainly focused on the The Lyons Inquiry. The Lyons Inquiry was commissioned by Central Government in 2004, in order to find out what people thought of their local area and their views on the different levels of Government within a local area. The responses to this questionnaire are being used to formulate Worcestershire County Council's response to the Lyons Inquiry. The survey also asks some questions about people's awareness of the Trading Standards Service.
The survey period ran from the 24th April to the 22nd May 2006.
