Warndon Library is a busy community library which provides a full lending and information service to the local community and wider area.
It is situated within the local shopping area, in Cranham Drive, Warndon, Worcester, with easy access by bus, and free car parking facilities outside.
The Adult Library has a large stock of fiction and non-fiction titles, spoken word and DVDs. There is also a small reference and local history section. Any titles not available here, can be reserved for a small charge.
There is free access to the Internet and facilities for word processing. "Introduction to the Internet" sessions are held on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Contact the library to book a place.
Readers Group meets once a month at the Fairfield Centre on Thursdays 11.00 am - 12.00, contact library for details and dates.
The Junior Library has a wide-ranging stock to suit all ages. Babies are actively encouraged to join! Board books, early readers and paperbacks plus lots of non-fiction titles are all here. Stories on cassette, video and DVD are also available to loan for a charge.
Free Internet access and word processing facilities are available within the Junior Library, to help children (and their parents!) with all those homework projects!
There are a number of Children's Events and activities taking place at Warndon Library.
