Applications have been submitted to discharge the planning conditions relating the to planning permission, Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent. Many of the conditions have now been discharged with the remaining conditions currently being considered.

The planning permission is subject to a Section 106 Legal Agreement to secure financial contributions towards local infrastructure improvements, including public realm works in Teme Street, payment towards a Community Transport Scheme, improvements and maintenance of the Riverside Walk and junction improvements to the A4112/A456. These obligations remain in force and will be forthcoming once development commences.

The application documents can be viewed, quoting the planning application number 11/00887/FUL.

It is likely to take several months for the legal agreement to be drafted and agreed between the applicant and the Council, and once completed planning permission will be granted.
