Volunteering

Malvern Hills District Council recognises the important role volunteering plays in society and works to promote the benefits of volunteering, increase the number of people volunteering, actively encourage good practice and support local organisations in the recruitment and management of volunteers.

The Malvern Hills Volunteering Forum takes place every 6 months and was established to give people and organisations who work with volunteers an opportunity to meet, network, collaborate and learn from each other.

Whilst the forum is facilitated by Malvern Hills District Council, it is independent and much of the agenda is driven by its members. For further information on the Volunteering Forum contact Jo Cross: jo.cross@malvernhills.gov.uk.
