Demonstration ceremony at wedding open day confirmed

Malvern Hills District Council is all set for their wedding open day this Sunday, 22 March from 11am until 3pm, where registrars will be undertaking a demonstration ceremony for future brides and grooms to be. The ceremony will take place in the Elgar Room at Malvern Hills District Council, where it is licensed to hold weddings and civil partnership ceremonies.

Following the success of last year's open day couples and their families will once again be able to look around the grand Victorian venue to see what it has to offer, and the beautiful grounds of Priory Park where stunning photographs of your special day can be taken.

There will also be an array of local wedding exhibitors, from fine jewellery to flowers, doves to dresses, and cakes to cars.

Louise Anthony, Property and Facilities Officer at MHDC said: We are really excited for this year's wedding open day, and thrilled that we have a lovely couple taking part in a ceremony for couples and their families to watch. The open day provides inspiration and a great opportunity to take a look around the striking venue. Staff will also be on hand to show visitors around and answer any questions they may have. The Council House is such a beautiful venue for that special day, and we look forward to showcasing it this Sunday."
