Jobs fair returns to Malvern

The first jobs fair of 2017 will soon be returning to Malvern offering a variety of jobs across a whole range of sectors.

The event, supported by Jobcentre Plus, Worcestershire County Council and Malvern Hills District Council, will take place at Malvern Library on Wednesday 15 February from 12pm until 3pm, and is free to attend.

The Malvern Jobs Fair will be showcasing jobs with stands from companies such as English Braids, NHS, Armed Forces, Sanctuary, Fortis HR, Princes Trust, and Hewett Recruitment.

Libraries and Learning for Worcestershire will be in attendance, offering free courses at Malvern Library including - Motivation and Confidence Building, CV Writing, Interview Skills, Maths, and many more.

Information will also be on hand with advice on careers, apprenticeships, training options and self-employment.

Cllr Phil Grove, Leader of Malvern Hills District Council said: “Job fairs are an excellent opportunity to meet potential employers in an informal, friendly atmosphere. The Malvern Hills District has so much to offer, it’s a great place to live and work.”
