Vintage and retro fair market in Great Malvern
All the glamour and style of yesteryear will be on display in Malvern this Saturday (6 June) at the town's vintage and retro fair.
Taking place along Abbey Road between 10am and 4pm, the fair will offer the usual eclectic mix of vintage antique and modern furniture, jewellery, collectables, clothes and objet d àrt.
Many of the regular stallholders will be returning including artisan jeweller Forking Marvellous and Naturally Nice preserves – with their delicious selection of alcohol preserves including their Happy Ever After customised wedding favours.
First-time stallholders include Wonderfulstuff, with their prestigious selection of handbags, scarves, shoes and belts from the likes of Hermes, Escada, Mulberry, Liberty, Russell and Bromley, and Versace. They will also have a wonderful selection of fabrics and textiles on display to sell with prices from as little as £1.00.
Councillor Rebecca Massey, the portfolio holder for economic development and tourism at Malvern Hills, said: "I am very much looking forward to the vintage and retro fair as it's an event that really enhances the atmosphere of Great Malvern. I'm delighted to see that there will be even more nostalgic and quirky stalls to tempt us and it will be a great day out for residents and visitors alike."
The retro fairs have been well received this year with more and more first time stallholders wanting to come to Malvern to showcase their products. As ever there will be a wide range of choice for all tastes.
