All activities are professionally led and coached by Rachel Nicholls, Physical Activity and Wellbeing Officer, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is also a UKA England Athletics Leader in Running Fitness.

Run coaching

Why not come and join us for an hour of fun run skills at Upton Tunnel Hill on Tuesday 8 June at 10am.  The session will teach you the importance of learning to run chatty which helps you to run faster and further.  We will also play a series of games that help to develop your running technique.  The cost of the session is just £3.50 per person and it will take place outside.  Places are limited.  


Our RouteQuest activity is back by popular demand.  It can be done as a run or walk or multiple runs or walks, you choose.  There are 10 checkpoints for you to find which are all in and around Malvern.  You have as long as you need to find these checkpoints, there is no time limit.  You simply decide which checkpoints you are going to walk or run to, plan your own route and then set off to find them.  It’s similar to our ClueQuest activity but different in as much as you have to create your own routes in order to find the checkpoints.  Once you’ve found all 10 checkpoints you submit your selfies to prove you have visited them and then we will send you your well earned medal.  It’s just £3 to enter per person.
