Stretch and Flex
Join us for our 4 weekly Stretch and flex class on Tuesday 2 March at 12noon-12.45pm. This programme will be held over Zoom and in this block we will be focusing on your feet and ankles.
You only need an exercise mat and a small tennis ball or golf ball.
Wobble Board Workout
Join us for a Wobble Board Workout on Wednesday 3 March at 8.30-9.15am. This programme will be held over Zoom and aims to build strength in your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and core. This fun challenge tests your balance and engages your whole body.
You must have a wobble board to take part. All sessions are recorded so don’t worry if you can’t make the live classes.
Relax and Reset
Our next Relax and Reset 4 week programme will start on Monday 8 February 2021 12.30pm.
This session is aimed at anyone who would like to take just 30 mins out from your busy day helping you to feel calmer, reducing stress levels and quietening your busy mind. Each week we will learn a different breathing technique, as well as give you exercises to help you relieve any tension you may have built up from sitting at a computer or desk.
Participants don’t need any special equipment, just an exercise mat and some space (the possibility of using a wall too), so access to a wall is recommended. Just £7 for 4 weeks or £2.50 pay as you go. Only 12 places available. The session will be delivered via Zoom, but will be pre-recorded for anyone who misses it.
