Our popular face to face Walk Fit programme will be returning on Wednesday 11 November 2020 from 2-3pm at Callow End Village Hall.  The programme aims to get people from the couch and gradually work up to walking briskly for 30 mins, 3 times a week over an 8 week programme.  

The Walk Fit programme is for anyone of any age and it’s designed for real beginners.  The course aims to help build your confidence, stamina, fitness and well-being.  Our style is social and informal so that everyone feels comfortable and supported with clear progression each week.  

Over the course of the 8 weeks our Physical Activity and Well Being Officer, Rachel Nicholls will fully support you. You will complete 3 /walks each week and Rachel will be on hand to provide free training, advice and support throughout.  You will also gain on-going support from each other, as well as have the opportunity to buddy up with other participants for your homework walks.

The course costs just £20.
