We encourage you to stay active whilst being at home. Sport England has released their #StayInWorkOut campaign where they have lots of advice and tips on how to stay active on their webpage.
We have launched a NEW Virtual Walk Fit programme. Our next starting for this programme is on:

The programme aims to get people from the couch and gradually work up to walking briskly for 30 mins, 3 times a week over an 8 week programme. The programme is currently being offered FOR FREE.
The Walk Fit programme is for anyone of any age and it’s designed for real beginners. The course aims to help build your confidence, stamina, fitness and well-beingl. Our style is social and informal so that everyone feels comfortable and supported with clear progression each week.
Over the course of the 8 weeks our Physical Activity and Well Being Officer, Rachel Nicholls will fully support you with video tutorials each week. You will complete 3 /walks each week and Rachel will be on hand to provide free training, advice and support throughout. You will also gain on-going support from each other.
