Relax and Reset

Relax and Reset is a 4 week programme and will next start on Monday 19 April, at 12.30pm and will take place on Zoom.   

This session is aimed at anyone who would like to take just 30 mins out of your busy day.  Each week we will learn a different breathing technique, as well as give you exercises to help you relieve any tension you may have built up from sitting at a computer or desk.  Ultimately, helping you to feel more mobile, calmer, reducing stress levels and quietening your busy mind. 

Participants don’t need any special equipment, just an exercise mat and some space (the possibility of using a wall too), so access to a wall or door is recommended.  Just £7 for 4 weeks or £2.50 for a pre-recorded follow along to do in your own time.  Only 12 places available.

Stretch and Flex

Our 4 weekly Stretch and flex class will next start on Tuesday 20 April 2021, 7.30-8.15am and will take place on Zoom. Each block of 4 weeks we focus on the same area of the body e.g. hips, shoulders, feet and ankles so that you can see and feel progression.  The aim of the sessions are to teach you a range of exercises that help you to feel more mobile in a particular area.   

You only need an exercise mat.   

Cost: £13 (£20 if booked with our Walking workout) or available to do in your own time as a pre-recorded session for just £2.50.
