NEW Healthy Habits 2022

Are you looking to improve your lifestyle? Do you find it difficult to find the motivation to exercise? Would you like help to find ways to lead a healthier and happy lifestyle? Then why not join our NEW Healthy Habits programme which starts in January 2022. It’s aimed at women, so this group is a women only group and we’ve kept it nice and small so that we can tailor the course, support you along the journey, as well give you the opportunity to be in a safe group with other likeminded people. 

It's a 10 week course and costs just £20 per person. You can also pay as you go for just £2 per session. 

Each week we will cover a different theme, giving you tips on how to help you reduce stress, sleep better, improve your food choices, how hormones affect your routine, as well as give you a taster session of a range of different physical activities to try each week. 

The sessions will take place every Wednesday, 2.45-3.45pm at the Octagon in Malvern.
