We recognise the important role volunteering plays in society and works to promote the benefits of volunteering, increase the number of people volunteering, actively encourage good practice and support local organisations in the recruitment and management of volunteers.

The Malvern Hills Volunteering Forum takes place every 6 months and was established to give people and organisations who work with volunteers an opportunity to meet, network, collaborate and learn from each other.

Whilst the forum is facilitated by Malvern Hills District Council, it is independent and much of the agenda is driven by its members. Malvern Hills Good Neighbour Network

The Malvern Hills Good Neighbour Network is made up of over twenty Good Neighbour Schemes coordinated by local people in communities, linking volunteers to those in need of support. Some of these community groups are already established, and others have been set up as a community response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Find your nearest Good Neighbour Scheme.

If you are not aware of a group operating in your area, and you would like support to set one up, please email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
