Polly, who graduated in September 2018, said: "It must be over 20years since I'd last ridden a bike. The thought of cycling on today's busy roads filled me with horror, completely overwhelmed me. My confidence was zero! Then I heard about Rachel's Couch to 50km programme, and joined. I didn't think for one minute that I would enjoy, or finish the programme. How wrong I was. Rachel's friendly, welcoming manner, and excellent tuition had me hooked. Riding in a group, which is women only, with Rachel at the front and Mel Jones supporting at the back, in no time at all my anxiety was gone. Each week I felt fitter, had more energy and stamina. I would thoroughly recommend this programme to anyone to gain confidence and enjoy cycling!"
