Joint Head of Strategy, Democratic and Customer Services - Currently vacant
Provides council wide direction and strategy. Responsible for Strategy and Communications, Councillor Support, Customer Services, Democratic Services, Elections,Graphics and Community Engagement. Activities include managing the council’s performance against our priorities and promises; supporting our councillors in their council and community roles and making sure residents receive excellent customer service through our contact centres and website.
