Older People's Showcase
The Older People's Showcase took place on Monday, 10 October at the Regal Theatre in Tenbury in support of World Mental Health Day. The event was an opportunity for older people, their family, friends and carers to find out about services and activities available in the area to help residents age well and live independently in their own homes for longer. Activities included free health checks for those aged 40 to 74, a Dementia Friends session to find out how to support people with the condition, and a Strength and Balance taster session.
