Gambling Act 2005
Malvern Hills District Council is the Licensing Authority for all premises within the Malvern Hills District Council boundary. The Gambling Act 2005 requires all Licensing Authorities to publish a Gambling Act Licensing Policy, setting out how it administers its duties under the Gambling Act 2005.
The policy Gambling 2005 is kept under review and remains in existence for up to three years. As the existing Gambling Act Licensing Policy came into effect on 31st January 2010, the 3-year period will come to an end in January 2013.
