Vehicles for Sale on Public Land

A person can legally sell a vehicle on the public highway, however it is an offence if they have two or more motor vehicles for sale which are parked within 500 metres of each other.

If there are multiple cars for sale within the same location but they are being sold by different people then there is no offence.
