Local Validation Checklist
A review of the Council's validation checklists has taken place in order to take account of recent changes in Government legislation that have affected the national requirements, particularly the changes to the circumstances in which Design and Access Statements can be required.
It has also been updated with references to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
The Local Area requirements list was approved and adopted on 21 November 2017.
