We recently launched a parish housing needs survey in the parish of Broadwas and Cotheridge.
The survey went live on Wednesday, 12 March, 2025, and runs until 25 April 2025.
Broadwas and Cotheridge Parish Council has asked Malvern Hills District Council to conduct this survey as part of their Neighbourhood Plan process.
All residents in the Parish of Broadwas and Cotheridge will shortly be receiving a parish housing needs survey in the post.
We invite all residents to participate in the survey, no matter their current housing situation, to provide valuable insights into local housing needs, your parish, and potential residential development.
Residents can complete the survey online from our consultations web page: www.malvernhills.gov.uk/consultations
Alternatively, they may return the survey by post in the pre-paid envelope provided.
We will analyse the data and create an anonymised survey report that will be accessible to the public.
