Reception opening times

Our reception is the main point of contact for anyone requiring face-to-face support for Malvern Hills District Council services.

The help desk in Malvern Library, along with those in Tenbury and Upton, will be the point of call for anyone requiring face-to-face support with Worcestershire County Council Services including:

  • Blue Badge Parking Permit applications
  • Bus Pass applications
  • Countryside Services
  • School Transport and Admission applications
  • Report a Highways issue
  • Tip Permit applications
  • Registration Services
  • Trading Standards
  •  Public Transport

All Worcestershire County Council Services can be accessed online.

Out of hours

Please only call Out of Hours if urgent. In an emergency dial 999.

The Out of Hours Service is available after 5 pm to 8:30 am on weekdays, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Out of hours telephone: 0300 003 5367.

Highways out of hours:07875 033759 to report faulty traffic lights or urgent Highways issues.
