Customer Contact Centre
Our Customer Contact Centre has moved from Malvern Library to its new location at the Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, WR14 3AF.
Normal reception opening times:
- 9 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday
- 9 am to 4 pm Friday
- CLOSED Saturday and Sunday
Our reception is the main point of contact for anyone requiring face-to-face support for Malvern Hills District Council services. This support will no longer be available from Malvern Library
The help desk in Malvern Library, along with those in Tenbury and Upton, will be the point of call for anyone requiring face-to-face support with Worcestershire County Council Services including:
- Blue Badge Parking Permit applications
- Bus Pass applications
- Countryside Services
- School Transport and Admission applications
- Report a Highways issue
- Tip Permit applications
- Registration Services
- Trading Standards
- Public Transport

The Out of Hours Service is available after 5 pm to 8:30 am on weekdays, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Out of hours telephone: 01562 733175
