A statement from our Chairman on the passing of The Duchess of Kent:
Cllr Daniel Walton, Chairman of Malvern Hills District Council, said: “We are saddened to hear about the passing of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent. On behalf of Malvern Hills District Council, we send our condolences to His Majesty The King and The Royal Family. We are thankful for her lifelong commitment to music and tennis, as well as the positive difference she made to many young people’s lives through her charity work”.
