Residents and visitors are being encouraged to shop locally and share their views on Tenbury Wells town centre by taking part in a new survey.
The survey, created by Malvern Hills District Council, has been designed to gather ideas on how to encourage more people to visit and support local businesses.
As part of the campaign, a new four-page town centre guide is being delivered to around 7,000 households in and around Tenbury Wells, with a further 2,000 copies available from local shops, community venues and other public locations.
A paper copy of the survey will also be included within the guide.
The feedback will help inform future initiatives to support Tenbury Wells town centre, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the local community while attracting new visitors.
The survey asks for views on topics asking residents and visitors about their experiences of the town centre, including:
- How often people visit Tenbury Wells town centre.
- The main reasons for visiting.
- What people value most about the town centre.
- What improvements or events would encourage more frequent visits.
- Any barriers that prevent people from visiting more often.
Daniel Walton, Portfolio Holder for Economy and Tourism at Malvern Hills District Council, said: "Tenbury Wells has a fantastic range of independent shops, cafés and businesses that are at the heart of our community. We want to hear from as many people as possible about what they enjoy, what could be improved and what would encourage them to spend more time in our town centre. Every response will help shape future projects and initiatives to support Tenbury Wells and its businesses."
Take part in the Tenbury Wells survey.
People can also opt in to win one of five £25 vouchers to use at a choice of independent businesses in the town centre.
The survey closes on Friday, 31 July 2026.
