Annual Residents' Survey returns

Residents are being encouraged to share their views on a variety of different topics as part of Malvern Hills District Council's Residents' Survey.

The annual questionnaire, which will run until 31 October will give people across the district an opportunity to say what they think of their local area and council services.

This year, the survey includes questions on existing strengths in communities, social isolation, and what residents' priorities are for the district. It will also ask for views on the council's response to the Covid-19 pandemic and its approach to recovery.

As always, feedback will be used to improve services and to ensure the ongoing recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. A summary of the results will be published anonymously on the council website.

Last year, the survey received 888 responses, and we would like even more this year, especially from younger age groups.

The survey takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete but progress can be saved so it can be completed in stages.

Cllr Sarah Rouse, Leader of Malvern Hills District Council, said: "The views of our residents really matter to us and we are encouraging as many people as possible to tell us what they think. Receiving feedback on this will allow us to make changes and improvements where needed".

Visit www.malvernhills.gov.uk/consultations to take part. The survey will be available from 3 October until midnight on 31 October.
