How can we help you?

Retailers are responsible for the collection of abandoned shopping trolleys. Responsible retailers are keen to collect them as they are expensive to replace.

If you see a shopping trolley left somewhere it shouldn't be, the first thing to do is to see which retailer it belongs to. You should then report it to them.
